Welcome to Blowtox.com (the “Site”), operated by Blowtox (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using our website, booking an appointment, or purchasing products or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

1. Services

Blowtox is a full service Hair Salon offering a variety of services and treatments to men, women and children.

• Consultation Required: For any major color correction, bridal, or hair extensions a consultation is preferred and usually required.
• Individual Results: Results vary based on hair type, texture, and condition, as well as adherence to aftercare instructions. We do not guarantee identical results to photos or inspiration images.

2. Appointments, Cancellations, and Deposits

• Booking & Deposits: Certain services require a valid credit card on file or a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking to secure your appointment.
• Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 Hours advance notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made inside this window or failure to attend a scheduled appointment (“no-show”) may result in the forfeiture of your deposit or a cancellation fee charged to the card on file.
• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late to an appointment, your treatment time may be shortened to accommodate subsequent clients, or your appointment may need to be rescheduled, subject to applicable cancellation fees.

3. Payments, Refunds, and Gift Cards

• Payment Terms: Payment for all services and retail products is due in full at the time service is rendered or upon order placement on the Site.
• Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of clinical and cosmetic services, completed treatments are non-refundable. Retail products may only be returned if unopened and defective, subject to inspection within 14 Days of purchase.
• Gift Cards & Packages: Gift cards and promotional treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for cash, except where required by law.

4. Client Responsibilities and Conduct

By booking a service, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date health information, including any pre-existing conditions, allergies, or medications. Failure to disclose relevant medical details may result in adverse side effects for which Blowtox disclaims liability. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating abusive, disruptive, or unsafe behavior.

5. Intellectual Property and Liability

• Proprietary Rights: All logos, text, imagery, and code on Blowtox.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Blowtox and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written consent.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Blowtox, its affiliates, and practitioners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or receipt of our services, beyond the amount paid by you for the specific service in question.
